Our luxurious spec homes are designed by a team of professionals who beautifully curate the entire package of selections, delivering a custom product without the hassle of custom homebuilding. While we are not a custom homebuilder, we do offer homeowners the opportunity to purchase homes prior to or while they are under construction and request cosmetic and minor adjustments to personalize the home. How We Work
Once under contract, the Vertical Luxury team schedules a design review meeting and the planned finish details and selections are presented. It is a fully detailed, organized, and visual presentation of the home. At the discretion of the builder, homeowners may have the opportunity to alter certain items or make simple cosmetic changes. We want our homes to be unique and try to assure you love every aspect of the home design.
